Noble Dead Raffle: And the Winner is…
Paula Holder has won a signed, hardbound, first edition of First and Last Sorcerer sent to her straight from Barb and J.C. It will be on its way Monday evening or Tuesday morning.
At present, Barb and J.C. are also in the process of relocating by the end of the month. Along with a new collaborative novel (for a new series) to start, they need a little break. Our next raffle will not be until mid-August at the earliest to give them time to setup in their new home office as well. But along the way, something else is planned.
Stay with us, as this is not even close to the last raffle out of NobleDead.org, and other treats are coming your way as well. Watch for them and don’t miss out.
Noble Dead Raffle: Final Call
This raffle for a signed, first edition, hardbound of First and Last Sorcerer ends tonight at midnight PST. You have until then to get your entry in by seeing the original post for instructions and the new location of our secured raffle entry form.
By tomorrow, the winner will be contacted for final shipping confirmation. We hope to announce the winner by Monday morning at the latest.
This will not be our last raffle, of course, but we may be on a break for a few weeks until the next one. Watch NobleDead.org to keep up on the latest news and further raffles to come… and check out our new site layout so far.

Book Release and Other News
Goodness, we meant to announce the release of First and Last Sorcerer more than a week ago, but time got away from us between the holidays and finishing the initial manuscript for the final volume, The Night Voice (2016). Time to play catch up but also a heads up for some fun to come…
Final Countdown: First and Last Sorcerer
Hi Gang. We’re in the final countdown to the release of First and Last Sorcerer… in just six days on January 6th.
We are so excited and cannot wait for this book to reach the hands of readers. We hope you enjoy reading it as much as we did in writing it. And because of the way the publishing industry works, this is also the time of year in which we submit the manuscript for a new book still a year away from release…
AND THE WINNER IS…
Michael Hockenson, Jr. has won the 4th “Reader’s Choice Raffle” at NobleDead.org and has chosen a signed, hardbound, first edition of S3B2: The Dog in the Dark as the prize.

Reader’s Choice Raffle—AND THE WINNER IS…
Jennifer Esworthy has won the first RCR at NobleDead.org. Her chosen prize of a signed, hardbound, first edition of S3B3: A Wind in the Night is already on its way.
For the rest of you, do not be too sad, for this is not the last RCR. Another is scheduled for the near future, perhaps in another two weeks, so watch for it.
We are a bit late in this announcement, for things have been quite busy around the home office. And in other news…
BOOK NEWS: Coming Soon…
The next to last volume in the Noble Dead Saga is popping up online for preorder. S3B4: First and Last Sorcerer is now listed at NobleDead.org as well. [See “Books >> Series/Phase 3 >> First and Last Sorcerer.”]
3/4ths of our standard vendors are already linked. We will monitor others over time and update as quickly as possible. Availability of excepts varies; if you do not find such at your vendor, check the ebook version at other vendors to hunt down a sneak peek.
And the clock is now ticking toward the January 2015 release!
SIDE NOTE: J.C. is a pretty tough critic, but he considers this cover (by Steve Stone) to be one of the best renditions so far of the saga’s original core trio.
General Update: the future of the Saga, et al
We’ve turned in the latest manuscript for the next to last book in the Noble Dead Saga — S3B4: First and Last Sorcerer. A lot has happened in our lives over the last season, so this is the first time in 13 years that we have missed a deadline. No one panic, as the release date remains firm. As always, the next book will debut the first week of January in 2015.
The saga’s final book is already titled. S3B5: The Night Voice will bring you and the heroes to the great mystery’s end and the final climax. After that…
